Minimum service visit
Includes the first hour of labor.
After the first hour
Billed in 15-minute increments.
Travel: Included within Jonestown, Lago Vista, Leander and Cedar Park. Outside the service area? Reach out for details.
Tools and basic supplies: Standard tools, hardware, etc. are included.
Project materials: Provide your own project-specific items, or I can purchase them for you at cost plus a 15% procurement fee.
Starting rates are provided as a guide. Final pricing may vary by project, and rates are subject to change.

My background is in mechanical engineering, but I’ve always loved hands-on work. After designing and building my own tiny house, I started Tiny in Texas to help homeowners tackle the small projects that can feel surprisingly overwhelming.
